渡辺直樹弁護士、手塚舞弁護士が執筆した｢通常の事業遂行局面における経営判断の原則の適用〜アパマン事件最高裁判決の検討｣という論文が､BUSINESS LAW JOURNAL(2011年1月 No.34) に掲載されました｡

当事務所のパートナーの渡辺直樹弁護士とアソシエイトの手塚舞弁護士が、「通常の事業遂行局面における経営判断の原則の適用〜アパマン事件最高裁判決の検討」と題する論文を執筆しました。同稿は、経営判断原則に関するアパマンショップホールディングス事件最高裁判決（最判平22.7.15金判1347号12頁）とこれまでの判決との比較を通じて、同判決の意義と実務への指針を検討したものです。
